Country casa

The house is located on a quiet road near Lousã. This is a good, metalled road by the house, not a rustic track. There is plenty of space next to the house for parking off of the road.

There are no neighbours and the property is surrounded by its own land on all sides. A river runs through the fields and there is a levada alongside the house. The old Portuguese capital of Coimbra 12 miles (18 kilometres) away as the crow flies. Assuming you're not a crow this is about 45 minutes by car. There is also a regular bus service from Serpins (about 2 miles from the house).

A short (5 or 6 minute) walk up the road is a bar and restaurant. Serpins has a regular bus service to Coimbra. Lousã (3 miles from the house) is a larger town with a hypermarket, town hall, bars, banks, etc.
